Recumbent Bikes

Recumbent Bicycles have been around since the middle of the 1800's. The reclined, legs-forward position of the rider’s body gives a comfortable and aerodynamic riding experience. A recumbent holds the world speed record for a bicycle!

Recumbents are available in a wide range of configurations, including: long or short wheelbase; large, small, or a mix of wheel sizes; overseat or underseat steering; and rear wheel or front wheel drive, aluminium or carbon frame.

The Tiagra 50/11t top gear ratio will get you wound up nicely; and the disc brakes will get you well and truly stopped when and where you need to. The lowest 30/32t gear will get you up those hills pretty much without a hitch.
